Lee Young

Lee Young is the founder and driving force behind Crosstown Traffic Vending, established on June 5, 2008. A dedicated entrepreneur & BEP (Business Enterprise Program for the blind) operator with a strong background in business, Lee studied at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee before earning her vending certification from North Central Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin, in May 2007.


Born with childhood-onset retinitis pigmentosa, Lee has never let vision loss define her limits. Instead, it has fueled her determination to succeed and advocate for others. She continually stays up to date with the latest products and industry trends, ensuring that customer-requested items are always in stock. She takes great pride in the excellent reputation Crosstown Traffic Vending has earned and is deeply committed to building lasting, positive relationships with her clients.


In addition to growing a thriving business and raising two wonderful children, Lee is a passionate advocate for the blind community. She actively supports Spark Therapeutics, an organization advancing gene therapy for childhood-onset retinitis pigmentosa, and maintains an active role in the National Federation of the Blind.


Lee’s blend of professionalism, compassion, and entrepreneurial spirit makes her a respected leader in both her industry and her community.
